I'm not saying watch the game 24/7 but if something happens like a GM happens to be strolling by, and picks you up...I don't think you have anyone else to blame but yourself for anything that might happen.

If the ToS stated that you are not allowed to play the game blindfolded, minimized, muted, etc then I would agree. However, that isn't the case. If they banned someone for missing /tells because they are crafting while watching tv, etc then I would only blame SE. I'd blame them twice in fact. Once for banning someone for doing something not against their own rules and once for creating a grinding method that can be accomplished with no thought, effort or attention.
