If the ToS stated that you are not allowed to play the game blindfolded, minimized, muted, etc then I would agree. However, that isn't the case. If they banned someone for missing /tells because they are crafting while watching tv, etc then I would only blame SE. I'd blame them twice in fact. Once for banning someone for doing something not against their own rules and once for creating a grinding method that can be accomplished with no thought, effort or attention.

TOS states that they can stop your service for any reason they deem. So that would include those scenarios as bizzare as they are if they were in a bad mood.

Look at Salvage duping technically it was SE's fault that such a bug was there, didn't stop SE from banning tons of people (Some of whom claim to only be involved by Linkshell association) So trying to hide behind the ToS isn't really the smart thing to do.

SE (And any MMO as well as almost all subscription based services) Retain the right to deny service for almost any reason.

Well, at the time I was exploring areas where to fish and where to find grade locations. I didn't know about squat until I discovered the locations speaking to a nice JP player polka polka ^.^ This was before of course trying to explore different areas and checking.
