Frankly, FC housing and player housing were supposed to be separate in the first place, but for whatever reason they decided to just roll player housing into existing FC wards, at the exact same price. It makes no sense, but it's far too late to change it now.

I really hate the fact that there is a (fairly large) feature of the game that only a very select few will ever have access to. This could be a good solution to it. Perhaps they could make it so that personal airships wouldn't provide the same benefits as full FC airships, but it would be nice for regular joe FC members just to be able to use it. It has always seemed silly to me that most people will never interact with the airship system at all.
