No, it is more 'I think they should charge less for the same house when that same house lacks the same features". They do not need to give the personal house the same features but it shouldn't cost the same as the version with those features in my opinion. Also what's so bad about expanding it to allow inviting a group of friends to go with you on voyages who do not live with you. When you own a car it isn't the case only the people living in your house can travel with you in it unless that is what you want but other people will let others ride with them from A to B quite happily who do not live with them.

Owning a personal house does not mean you hate playing with other people or are anti-social, does not mean have no friends or do not like to do other things with other people. Overall however my main issue is I just do not think people should have to pay the same price for the same house when one lacks quite an important feature, a feature that while requires a reasonably large initial investment in crafting also gives a huge financial advantage from airship ventures once created compared to those without it. I would like the ability to enjoy that feature, the enjoyment of creating my own airship for my own airship ventures without having to leave my current FC to do so...but failing that then I do not think people should have to pay the same amount for the same house when that amount doesn't include access to a very enjoyable feature compared to the FC version.
