FC houses are only ones which get airship crafting and airship ventures regardless of S/M/L? I think that is the case and personal houses don't get them no matter the plot size etc.

I think SE should allow personal houses to also be able to craft airships for airship ventures. An artificial, petty, made-up lore justification for the exclusion could be argued because it is merely labelled 'free company airship' instead of just 'airship' currently...but from an equality and enjoyment perspective I dislike how people who spend the same amount of money on a house does not get access to it just because one is called personal and the other FC. If both pay the same amount for the property they should get the same features in my opinion, I think it is a little insulting to exclude someone from that house feature when they paid the same amount for their personal house as someone for their FC one.

If two people walk into a restaurant, one called Dave and the other John. Both order the same meal for the same price but John gets continuous free bottles of wine to drink with his meal just because he is called John while Dave does not, in my opinion Dave would have legitimate right to be insulted by that situation. It just doesn't feel right to me that both are not entitled access to the same features when pay the same amount. Maybe SE could implement a percentage deduction/reimbursement in house cost for purchase of 'personal' vs 'FC' because they don't get access to the same features as those paying same amount currently.
