Assumedly, they're already aware of their performance (since, per your assumption here, that's why they'd rather place a gag order on that information).

What good, then, does the comment on their performance, itself, do, as compared to more useful advice (even if it be a link to the basics) or ways of coordinating with your party to better handle being leeched off of?

If one were aware they were a leech to the point of trying to influence game policy in their favor, it's not as if calling them that is exactly going to do much.

Wrong. I have raided up incl Mythic back in WOW over eight years.

TOP and the Mythic for BFA are comparable. Same parameters, same disciplines, same methodology and approach.
