I dont need to illustrate behaviour that has been commonly observed over different games for the last what...ten years? If it can be abused and misused..it will be.

If you can't support your claim with an evidence, don't make that claim. Because so far, you're all talk and nothing more.
The problem with anti parcer people that you hide behind the ToS when it comes to third party tools, but completely ignore it when it comes to harassment.
