If you are on pc you can get ACT and use it to see your own information already. Just don't tell anyone you are using it and you will be fine. There are also striking dummies and they aren't perfect but you can get a good idea of how much damage each spell/skill/rotation can do. Then, while playing, figure out how they work in fights. It's been stated many times that there will never be an in game parser but ti's still possible to make do with what we have now.
