Well not everyone has the same skillset. Sometimes its not skill at using controls but memory, reaction speed and so on. some are faster others are slower, does that matter? If it stops doing stuff at release its prop obvious, slower people tend to die more, then by all means kick them. But if the duty still gets done, whats the problem? Time saved? thats minimal at best
