Now, some wont let me do Alex because there using a parser or some crap, anyway, they wont let me in. So, now I can't learn. I guess I can go watch a video sure but, if I dont reach, X amount of DPS, i'll be kicked.

Sorry to hurt your feeling. But before starting a raid you have to make your homework. Learning how to play your class, especially as a DPS, is something that has do be done before you want to do content where damage matters that much. Within the content you have enough to do by learning mechanics and how to adapt you rotation along the machanics. This is not the place to learn how to deal damage at all. Nobody can say that you will ever reach the goal. with that opinion you would do only one thing: waste the time of the 7 others, that are not able to make real progress because of you.
