At which time it would be beneficial for the party as a whole to have to do less repetitions of it to decrease the chances of me being caught by something I'm less familiar with.

This happened today. I was about to log out and this soul sent me a tell. if a guy likes his goddamn pancakes, doesn't mean he shouldn't eat them because you don't like them at all. Should we take care of your feelings because you don't like pancakes? Hell no, I want to eat my pancakes.

It's nice and all but it sill does not answer one question: Why do I have to be parsed because this fellow want a parser ? Why do everybody have to eat pancakes because some of us want them ?

Did you let people die ? No. Then it's fine.
Did the tank lose enmity ? No. Then it's fine.
Did we kill the boss ? Yes...but seriously, we should have been faster to do it because I don't want to waste time on a slow team. And by the way, our healers did really too few DPS, so they were bad healers...and frankly, we had a PLD as a MT, it's a huge DPS penalty.

And rejoice ! You'll also be judged by the parser, I'm sure you'll love having to sastify your party members on both.

Well, then the acceptable solution would be a personal parser.

That was a suggestion, but people answered by "No, I want to see your numbers because it matters to me"...which has nothing in common to this "This good PS4 player want to improve, give him a tool to do it" good intention.

If you want to slack in a party of mine, you shouldn't even be in it after all.

PLD is, saddly, a DPS penalty, because it does frequently less damage than WAR or DRK. So, when going blind and having no idea of how skilled the tanks are, you start with less potential DPS. Oh, and if it wasn't clear, I don't like PLD being rejected for it as much as I don't like this DPS number obsession.

Why you nitpick thats okay everybody can see when a tank or a healer is failing to do its job?

They should be on the same level of intransparency like its the case for DPS player.

You know as well as I do that parsers are used to judge Healers and Tanks, not just DPS jobs.

It's one thing to complain about the black mage who is casting blizzard III over and over again (It's also rather obvious. There is a distinct lack of booms. Don't need a parser there). It's a completely different thing to nitpick about the black mage you met in Antitower who does everything he's supposed to do in combat but can't meet the magic number you feel black mages should do for whatever reason.

As my friends and I would like to see what we can achieve as team-work
