Why not just let the parser display be left to a group vote? I don't really see an issue with that. If it's a 2/2 split for 4-man or a 4/8 for 8-man, it's still not enabled, just to err on the side of caution re: possible harrassment. I don't know how difficult this would be to implement, though.
