When they have that time to watch what others could do wrong in their rotation, they are not focussed enough to do their own job.

Not true for anyone that has more than one job leveled. It takes no effort to notice that the boss doesn't have Disembowel/Chaos Thrust/Phlebotomize up, or that you never see the Heavy Thrust icon beside the DRG's name, or that you never hear Flare's sound on big trash packs.

And you still can be wrong. I've had yesterday a DRG in A8N. He used his buffs. He did positionals. The times I could look because I had not to monitor my proccs, it looked not that bad what he did.

After the fight was finished, I did look at the numbers. He did one of the worst performances I've ever seen in this fight with around just 600 DPS. Me (MCH) and one other DD (MNK) did more than the double amount of his damage. The last DD (BRD) was close to do the double amount of his damage.

If that was the case they wasn't keeping them up while using BoTD. If they did they would do quite a bit more than that. Seeing them using it here and there doesn't mean they were always doing it and highly likely he didn't use cooldowns if he is pulling numbers like that.

There was not the time to closely watch what he exactly did. If I would do, I would suck up my own rotation and mechanics.

Its not realistic to have an close overview of the entire party to see who is playing bad. As I said before, I have seen some of these guys that claim "I can see who's bad. I do not need numbers for that." in duties and all of them dealt really low damage their own. They should better try out a parser to get their eyes opened, how wrong they are with their opinion.

There is still an unanswered question: How shall they be able to see who is doing wrong, when they are not able to perform good their own?
