    The problem with that goes both ways... I had a healer in AV who left because they couldn't do the first boss, I really wanted to help them, and I enjoy helping players who actually try, I don't like lazy players who expect a carry.

    I explicitly said earlier that this wasn't an us vs. them issue, I categorised the reasons that players underperform -

    The context of the post was a complaint about the game system (and I regret using the word bad, because it seems insulting, underperforming is a better word) and how we can improve the systems to fix A and B, anyone who does not fit into this category is a perfectly competent player. Really, we are trying to help people, so being called out as being passive aggressive is odd to me
