I want you to start screen-shotting people that harass anyone and report them. Guess what. You got them banned if it was actually harrassment, but 999/1000, no one is going to call someone out on low DPS because of a parser, under threat of harrasment. Constructive criticism is not harrasment. Asking someone to AOE instead of Single target is not toxic. It only becomes toxic when players say, "Don't tell me how to play."

Without a parser I can see who is doing poorly, but how does that help me become a better player?

What are you talking about? You can't get banned for telling someone their numbers are low. And that's not even what I'm even saying.
