A parser is just a tool.
A parser is neither good nor bad.

How people act with the information the parser provides is their own responsibility.
If someone harasses someone else, they deserve to be reported, parser or no.

Some people will just be toxic no matter what tools they have available.

Yes! Verbally abusing people is unacceptable! So... can we remove party chat? If you want to communicate, use voice program (99% of statics use it anyway)

Yesterday in Dusk Vigil.

Right before the first boss I did take a look to the damage numbers to decide how to play after the first boss.

I did the most damage of the entire group.

As a paladin.

In shield oath.

I'm pretty shure, they don't had any clue, how bad they perform.

Yes to personal parsers - always - that can be toggled in your config.

Yes to party parsers in premade groups (PF) - Make it a option like unsync.

No to party parsers in DF, since "playstyles" and griefing potential.

This is my idea also. Parsers are useful, but I do agree that it has no use in the Duty finder or dungeons, levelling/midcore content, ... It does has its use for personal usage so you know where you can improve/change and on the latest ex primal,savage, ...

Saying this, there are already "Agreeable Controlled Tactical" ways of doing this at the moment at your own leisure, where in my knowledge SE just turns a blind eye as long as it is done with no grief for others and as a personal/own group way. The problem I think is more the ones on the PS.

On the topic of a parser , i will stick my neck out and say that i have done it .
Mainly to see how much damage i really do , and changed when and how I do any offensive skills.
