Gathering melds for fishing gear? Gath/Percept needed for fish?

I need some help for gathering melds, mostly for fisher. All the guides I have seen listed only apply to botanist and miner, and the melds are skewed due to both those jobs having offhands which offset the stat balance.... something fisher does not have.

I also have not found anything in regards to the gathering and perception needed for certain fish. Before HW, you could easily find a guide on the stats needed for a certain "big fish" but now I can;t find a damn thing. What is the cap on gathering and perception you need to catch most, if not all, of the current fish released in the game? If I knew this, I might be able to handle some of the melds myself.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Since Fisher do not have off hand their cap stat are far lower
So a melded Fisher and a red script Fisher are not so far from each other (main rod being the main différence)

As for which cap for each fish i would always advice
