Add a FC recruitment system

Good idea to help FC to recuit members.

The problem I see if it will only make bigger FC to cap and small FC will stay small as new players will mostly want to join bigger more active ones.

Please consider adding an option to "merge" FCs so smaller FCs can fuse, sure it generates some challenges like rank ladder and housing, but some help to like manually sell a property and storing the furniture so one FC can "move" to the other and a reset of ranks save the 2 founders (and or the ones accepting the merge of their FCs)

There needs to be more options and the ability to add requirements.

For example, when I switched server I was looking for a new FC but I didn't want to join a large scale one with just tons of random players or cliques, but I didn't want to join a tiny one that had small activity. I also wanted to join one with a medium to high skill level so I knew I could find a party within the FC to do extreme primal content with.

To be honest, FC achievements would be a huge bonus for this kind of system.

Things like airship unlocks and housing etc. Also FC party battle challenges like: An FC-full group kills an EX primal they get an achievement for that primal or raid. But the rule is the people in the party have to all be in the same FC and have to be a member for longer than a week or something?

This way I can filter and say "cool there's an fc who killed that primal and have done this content that I enjoy and can do myself."

Id like to see an FC recruitment officer posted in each of the grand company headquarters. You can Talk to him to say your fc is recruiting, or he can tell you who is currently looking for new members.

This would be a great tool. My FC is small and close-knit. I like to vet new members a bit by playing with them and talking to them about what they're looking for in an FC rather than just shouting in cities. So being able to post somewhere about us to find people interested in how we do things would be great.

I agree with this option. The players would benefit a lot by having a FC board showing a brief description of the FC, properties, how many members they have, and any activities they do or if it is new what they are looking form

Well this plus FC should have various tools i think. As it currently stands the options are all very limiting.
Not sure if any have mentioned but maybe even allow us to create a page so players can view in game with company info, etc...
I would say pop up but that always gets the same reactions as spam i think, lol
Or just give us more characters to write stuff.....
