What class needs a buff or nerf?

They should just pull a lame and make Death Blossom do 150 Potency and just make it a Ring of Thorns without the need for HT. And I doubt any DRG worth their lance uses ring of thorns when Doom Spike is bettah.

the only reasonable time to use ring of thorns is whenever you have to refresh heavy thrust.i cry when i see drgs just spamming RoT all over because they dont feel like liining up doom spikes
