What class needs a buff or nerf?

I feel Monk's still need more. Our lack of utility is pretty apparent. Hell DRG isn't far behind us.

Dragoon is basically a Monk for Dummies IMO. So I wouldn't feel bad. But as a BLM and DRK guy I can feel your lack of utility but you have to consider that the fact you have traited Mantra is a good thing to have.
