What class needs a buff or nerf?

We know bards and ninjas are getting buffs in 3.3. Is there any other class that you feel that needs a buff or a nerf? If yes what kind of buff or nerf (single target or AoE) and why.

Make Ley Lines bigger. It's disconcerting that Doton, Shadowflare and Salted Earth are 3 times as big and every boss AoE even bigger still.

There was a thread in /r/ffxiv showing a few things that happened after the Live Letter and one of those things was that they are buffing NIN AoE and BRD damage. Sadly I can't find it.

Personally, I think Bards do need a few buffs. Although its partly the raid design that's the problem; if there were places where multi dotting and sustained AOE were more useful (Like back in A1 and A2) then Bards would perform a little better.

Some things I'd suggest :

- Instant cast Foes Requiem, so it can be activated in-between attacks without DPS loss (i.e. just like Hypercharge)
- Have Foes Requiem increase the Bards attack power by a small amount while active. Or have a few Bard attacks changed to deal magic damage so they benefit from the Magic Resist down effect.
- More ways of getting Straight Shot procs (add a chance of getting a SS proc when using Iron Jaws, for example), and perhaps give Straight Shot a chance proc an instant cast Heavy Shot.

Bard dont need a nerf nor a buff, they need a change!
In my opinion, they should remove WM and increase the potency of some attacks when DoTs are still up. Give Bards their mobility back!

When will these cancer posts about WM ever end? The Yoshida said they have no intention of removing it. Get over it
