[Recruitment] Casual to MC Alex Savage raid group LF replacement tanks/melee

Greetings Tonberry Community,

Debauchery Tea Party Raid Group is currently looking for replacement members.

We are:
- Casual to midcore raid group
- Mixed nationalities
- Some members have been raiding together since FCOB
- Currently at A6S Vortexer

Our raid schedule:
- Regular raid time TUE, WED, and SAT starting 6.30 PM GMT+7, 1 or 2 lockouts
- SUN is optional if all members all available or if some members couldn't make it on one of the regular time

Job we are looking for (2 members):
- PLD or DRK
- WAR or MNK or NIN (WAR is preferred)

What we are looking for:
- Can meet our regular raid time, availability for optional time will be a bonus
- Can communicate with other members in voice chat during raid (at least can hear the chat, but ability to talk is preferred). We mainly use TeamSpeak, but we also have Discord channel.
- We use WeChat for communication between members outside of game
- Have A6S Vortexer experience (A6S with no vortexer exp will be considered if the person plays their job well and learns fast, but must have A5S clear since we are farming it weekly)
- Able to joke around with other members and not getting grumpy if wiping
- Optimal job playing, meaning can do mechanics well while maintaining good dps/tanking
- Have general raid awareness, flexibilty, no tunnel vision
- Manage to adapt with our team's strategy and playstyle, but at the same time able to give and receive constructive criticisms and offer suggestions of different strats and playstyles that can improve overall raid progressions
