How are the rich going to sell them to you if they're already too expensive for you to buy?



As long as houses are prohibitively expensive, there will be empty houses. Why buy from a reseller when you can just buy one of the empty ones? And don't forget you need to pay twice. Not only does the reseller have to sell higher than they bought it for, but the buyer has to pay that amount twice. If it's so expensive that people can't afford it, good luck with that.

I really hope you're right. I'm going to make sure I'm ready to log on as soon as new housing is released, just so I can get a plot.

But just going from what has happened in the past - When the houses were released last December on Balmung, they were all gone more or less within 5 minutes, and the PF was full of people selling their newly aquired homes. - Better safe than homeless, eh?
