You have clothing that costs more than a house. Have you checked the pricing on 220 gear? I'd love for prices to stay the same but you can be sure they aren't planning to lower prices. It sure is going to make getting one a lot harder for those who don't gather or craft.

i220 crafted gear is like 200k-1mil per piece on my server, and you can get it crafted for way less. Small houses start at 4mil.
