I'm also curious to know if neighborhood style housing will be made available in Ishgard as well.

They've stated that they want to do Ishgard housing, but my impression is it's probably not going to happen for awhile yet.

I mean, the place still is technically a war zone. Not the kind of place you'd sell real estate in.
