Crafting tree

So, I've been playing FFXIV for the past 7 months now and within the last 3 I've gotten all my crafters up to 60. I like the crafting system however the one flaw I find it can be obnoxious to try and go back and forth between something you want to craft, something you have to craft to make that craft and the overall speed of finding things that craft can be turned into. I was wondering if there would be any possible way to have a "craft into" tab/tree where we can see the items that a given material is used to make.

Example: If you have Griffin Hide selected Griffin Leather and Griffin Leather Strap show up as selectable "craft into" items. Once you click on the craft it then takes you to be able to see what that becomes such as the Griffin Leather showing the 48 options from there.

I believe this system is already half finished in the downgrading Show Crafting Recipe being able to go from the completed item to the items it takes to make it.

This has been suggested multiple times before.
To my knowledge SE hasn't responded on the suggestion, but I imagine they're either working on it or have plans to work on it in the future.
