I agree. I'd love for my lalafell to be able be picked up and carried by a friend or to be able to stretch out on his side on the ground to admire a sunset. Now, I understand that a /carry emote would entail a lot of work but I don't see why a /lay emote would be difficult to implement.
Totally want this
Always loved it in other MMOs which have that kind of emote.
They could just do it the way partner chocobos work, as in, you have to be in a party and the partner has to accept the carrying request.
That would make sure you can't get spammed by requests either.
Also, I want a bridal-style special carry for eternal bond partners![]()
I want this! Will use it everytime in instances when someone is not pulling their weight so to speak.
EDIT: I AM sarcastic, regretably, I know that the actual use of this would be this though... :/
Learn, explore, and think for yourself. Make your choices, take actions, and let yourself be free.
Lmao! That's when the roe would hop up get a change of clothes and say " Welp...ladies looks like i'm single again any takers?" But yes i'd love a carry emote for outside dungeons/raids people seem to be getting it mixed up either or purpose or not getting what is being talked about. Also a laydown emote for on the grass or beach would be great(can see miqo'tes and lalas using this to nap so they don't have to work crafts and such lol) eternal bonding ceremony bridal carry would be cute too.

LMAO! Everyone turns and there is a bit of the lalafell's hair sticking out of the ground. The Roe would shrug, grab the hair, and pull the lalafell out of the ground like a potato. Good as new!Lmao! I'm ignoring the people purposely 'not getting it.' They're just 'scoring points.' Of course, they are the ones carrying everyone. Far be it that their rotations were ever less than perfect.
As far as the /lay emote, I'd use it a lot. Whether it be on the grass, on a beach, or in the FC house, it seems natural I'd want to be comfortable. Heck, in real life, it's my favorite position to read a book, color an art piece, or plan out the next part of a story. As far as /carry, I see it as a RP necessity. The size difference between lalafell and the other races makes it difficult to speak face to face with them. Lalafell are tiny! The game already points this issue out by having Raubahn lift Sultana Nanamo Ul Namo whenever she must address an audience. So giving a carry emote would be a fun little nod to the "problem." I also like the idea of an eternal bond specific /carry emote. It would be cute!

I would love the carry emote that is in PWI to be honest.
Signed. Please add!
Yoshi and Foxclon joked about these during some Liveletter a long time ago and while I can't remember what was said, I recall it being heavily implied that they wished to look into it. The Lala carrying Roeg thing was laughed about. Though it wasn't shoulder carrying but rather princess/bridal carrying that they were referring to. I still hold out hope for this, but honestly I have to wonder considering how..... surprising the /hug, /pet, /slap and /embrace emotes were.
