FFXII Seasonal event. Can we have it?!

FFXII will not get a crossover event, as the previous crossover events were run because the games featured had some deeper or meta connection to FFXIV/SE or Yoshi himself in general - more so, Yoshi as well already stated ages ago that they will not be doing crossover events in FFXIV for games whose characters are either "dead in their games" (so in other words, no past FF game villains appearing) or games whose characters' "stories are already completed."

As the whole Ivalice Alliance extended storyline was completed years ago, no FFXII event for you I'm sorry to say.

I can't remember where I read it but someone asked Yoshi P during PAX about past FFs getting events. He said that the team did have events planned to celebrate past Final Fantasy games, in addition being in talks with a Star Ocean Online 2 and Final Fantasy XV crossover for XIV (Star Ocean already had an XIV event).

I think you mean Zidane's outfit which is a veteran reward. Zidane is from FFIX.

And if you're referring to the Thavnarian stuff, that's far from what Vaan wears.
