Request: No spoilers in the launcher slides

I was wondering if it is possible for the launcher slides to not show spoilers, for when they do the patch notes. It wasn't too bad for

Minfilia

in 3.2, since the picture didn't give much away. I'm just worried that 3.3 will use

Estinien

as the patch notes picture, which would be a massive spoiler for those who have not yet gotten through Heavensward.

I agree. Although 3.2 had several people I know, myself included, guess correctly the situation even before the patch dropped - it was too revealing in my opinion.

Definately, I mean the picture for 2.2 was revealing with context, if they use a picture of

Said could be said for Nidhogg as well, Or anyone semi-recuring else for that matter.

I'd vote for Either Zurvan or Sophia. at least we are expecting one of the Warring Triad anyway

I usually don't stay on the launcher long enough to pay attention what they slides are or doing something else while game updating.

Ironically, I think most people are "spoiled" by certain things because of all the people screaming spoiler at them. I mean,

take a picture of you-know-who in red for example. One could simply think "Oh, hey. He got new armor. Cool!"

but if people keep screaming SPOILER ZOMG!!!111!!WTFBBQ!!~ they know something is up.

Nidhogg. I mean, come on did you REALLY think he would be that easy to kill in the Aery? They don't tell you how he came back in a picture unless it's a picture of Est turning into him =p

The only ones that would recognize that as him though are people who beat the story, kinda hard to say it's a "spoiler" considering the armor itself is generic armor but in this context the armor is now corrupted. But it's a rather huge grab to say people seeing a corrupted Dragoon would immediately think it's him.

There's only one

Dragoon in the HW story who has Dragoon AF1 that is blood red, its very easy for people to figure out. He armour is covered in blood just after the Aery, halfway through HW.

I wouldnt oppose Nidhogg being used, as showing him in a picture doesnt really give away too many plot details. The problem is, the launcher is seen by everyone, from level 1 to 60, so, it needs to be kept spoiler-lite.

I thought it was bad enough when they were posting spoilery images via social media like twitter.. then they made sure it was apart of the launcher too :/

I do wish they took more care and avoided posting images from key scenes..

I don't care. I'm immune to spoilers. They have no effect and can't make me enjoy something less.
