They gave me my Pegasus... so I'm happy XD.
But I think it would be lovely if the primal mounts, once they can fly; would have feathered wings rather then the Kirin 'Pixie' wings.
I would like a common bicycle though, I just think the idea is cute.

the "paladin" barding doesnt really reseble pld at all, its basically the big hulky tank metal amour that takes up multiple gear slots and is unafiliated with any class.
what id like: some proper armour for my griffin, bright white plate armour with a beutiful bright golden trim, to match the style of the pld excalibur zodiac weapon / shield combo
Mount/Barding Name: Malboro
What is it? How would it be Obtained?
We coul raise it ! obtain a baby Malboro by saving it then he gets attached to you and througt a serie of quest it gets bigger and stronger
Photo/Drawing?
Inspiration for this mount?
Well....who could not want that ?! come on, it's a *** Malboro
How would it fit into the FFXIV universe?
2 words : Aurum Vale
People don't know how to take criticism anymore, and bad play is rewarded with with a coddling mentality. Yes, this is a casual game for the most part - that doesn't mean people need to walk on eggshells in fear of getting reported for pointing out things. This whole 'please don't say anything even slightly negative' mentality that we seem to be going towards and the devs seemingly pushing towards it is creating a disturbing trend.
Mount/Barding Name:
Thavnairian Carpet
What is it? How would it be Obtained?
Two seated mount, Thavnairia NPC/expansion?
Inspiration for this mount?
"I can show you the world~"
How would it fit into the FFXIV universe?
Suits Thavnairia IMO, plus we have no double seat mounts available in the base game (sad Middy wasn't, given the artwork had three people riding him...), they're all from paying extra/option campaigns... A magic carpet is also something that can easily transition from regular to flying mount, unlike most of the mounts that are randomly given flying...
Mount: Dreadnought
How can it be obtained?: Random drop from Fractual Continum (Can never spell it, sorry)
Inspiration for the mount?: You can pilot one in Final Fantasy XIII iirc
How would it fit in XIV's universe?: They are clockwork constructs in this game created by the allagans
Added Features: Wrecking Ball, like the Final Fantasy VI magitek armor you can use this move as an effect.
I just really love these guys for some reason. I don't know why.
Their Record Keeper sprite is awesome too

Instead of mount, I want the option to carry other players. Lalafell and Hyur already have one ingame, since Rabbie can carry Nanamo.
I'd enjoy some DoH and DoL themed barding for my chocobo. The DoH looking like the merchant-chocobo barding you see in the open world, but also with all kinds of DoL tools strapped to the saddle and boxes and boxes and crates all stacked on the choco posterior (all those mats for crafting need to go somewhere X_x ) (Imagine something like the holiday barding, where the gifts are all stacked)
DoH also similiar: a pack-mule appearance barding, with sledgehammers, pickaxes, scythes, a bag of veggies/greens and a bag of (gold) ore all hanging from the saddle. a lantern strapped to the barding girdle too (Miner AF reference), and long feather/flower tucked somewhere on barding like the head or the saddle (botanist af)

If there are any mounts from in game creatures I would want would be Sphinx, Yeti, Vinegaroon, Endymion, Bandersnatch, Flying Octopus (can't remember name) & Blood Dragon. All obtainable through quests.
