Aeons of the Twelve «A-XII» is recruiting all types/styles of players, from roleplayers to non-roleplayers, from active to not-so-active and from casuals to hardcores. We have executive and officer positions open if anyone is interested in taking up the mantle and responsibilities in making A-XII a success. We promote the idea of being kind to one another and helping each other out if/whenever possible.

Unlike most free companies that have a ladder ranking system, we have a tier system broken into four separate components: Executive, Officer, Partner and Associate. For the purposes of keeping this post from becoming too long, I will only mention about the Executive and Officer part of our tier system.

Tier 1 || Executive Positions: A-XII Administrator, A-XII Operators and A-XII Consolate

A-XII Administrator is the first-in command tasked with all aspects of the free company.

A-XII Operators are the second-in-command tasked with management and assistance. They are the people who take care of everyday chores, such as, aiding players with their daily roulettes, activating free company buffs and any that involves in managing the free company in the absence of the FC Leader.

A-XII Consolate are the third-in-command tasked with mediation and public relations. Should there be a dispute between members, they would be the people to handle the issue and try their best to resolve it. It should be noted that these people are the only ones capable of discharging an FC member aside from the FC leader.

Reason for why these two positions are part of the Tier 1 group is because maintaining the FC so that it functions properly and moderating the social atmosphere of the FC chat so that it is appropriate and respectable for everyone (given some freedom) should be the key important concepts to becoming a successful guild.

Tier 2 || Officer Positions: Intel Solarium, Gambit Lunarium, Onyx Emporia, Pearl Esunario

Intel Solarium is the roleplaying officer position. They are task with creating and organizing roleplaying events and teaching any new people how to roleplay should they be interested. Because roleplaying events could possibly take a long time to plan, it isn't expected to have a roleplaying event all the time, however, the officers of this position would take care of anyone who is looking to roleplay.

Gambit Lunarium is the raid officer position. They are tasked with leading and organizing raid groups. Raid officer will need to be able to maintain the moral of the raid group, be able to assess the capabilities of the members and provide in-depth analysis as towards the groups progression.

Because roleplaying and raiding can sometimes invoke some potential drama, the officers of both Intel Solarium and Gambit Lunarium will need to be able to maintain a good roleplaying/raiding atmosphere and environment for those who are involved. The A-XII Consulate will be working directly with these officers should drama occur that require immediate attention.

Onyx Emporia is the crafting officer position. For now since we don't have house, there isn't much description for this position. However, I want to say that one of their tasks would be interior decorating for the FC house. Also, taking care of crafting projects.

Pearl Esunario is the gathering officer position. The officers of this position would be tasked with supply crafting material and taking of the FC garden.

Both the Onyx Emporia and Pearl Esunario officers will be involved with taking care of certain daily tasks for the free company like organzing and restocking the FC chest with crafting material or taking care of the airship and watering garden (and/or possible other things once we figure out what those are). The A-XII Operators will be working directly with these officers and assisting should they require additional help.

Hi there, I'm interested in your FC but I haven't switched over to Balmung yet. The last FC I was in was small but filled with drama, so I'm looking for an FC that strives to avoid that. I like to rp, so a guild with people who would RP with me would be nice. I'd like an FC that raids and does dungeons often, and takes it seriously (but I guess still has fun with it).
