Any help on what to do next?

Do I need to have HQ gear of the current level in order to have any hope of HQing stuff? What's the leveling rotation for items that are around 50-60? I just about have all of my classes at 50

Get in the mind set that normal quality gear is garbage.

I recommend level 51 crafted stuff ASAP. You can use NQ if you really want but HQ is way better.

Crafting above 50 also, to put it simply, boils down to getting progress 1 hit away from finishing, then spamming hasty touch for inner quiet stacks and then finishing with byregots at 20 durability. There's other things you can do to help, but that is the general idea you should have in mind. Hope that helps.
