2. I used that Nightmare Whistle at that time to learn the Nightmare mount.
3. A second Nightmare Whistle was listed in the lot window upon opening the Treasure Chest after defeating Garuda in the Howling Eye (Extreme).
4. I was able to lot on (and unfortunately win) the second Nightmare Whistle, despite the change detailed in the Patch 3.0 Notes (Full Release), which indicates that "Players can no longer lot on untradeable mounts or minions they have already acquired."
