Hopefully prices are going through the roof in 3.3, so those who really want a house and work for it will get them. As far as enjoying it more, that sentiment is what makes this a crybaby thread. It's hard to use that argument without sounding like a petulant child begging for something from mom and dad.

You're idea of weeding out of those who don't care is by making housing a chore for them, as well as the people that do care.
