The entire time of reading your post I was thinking, "Is The ShamWow guy you seen on TV ads on the ffxiv forums now"? Lol

Great idea otherwise I fully support this approach

Actually I was thinking more of that green Protostar guy from Wildstar, complete with that cheesy 50s marketing music.

Also thank you to those of you correcting my math, and has been readjusted to 0.1% to ensure that rent level stays the same. As you can tell, I'm no math major, just a guy who cares about the housing market.

I'm not a fan of the idea. I already paid for my house, I shouldn't have to pay extra because everyone doesn't have a house.

The point is not having to worry about the amount, but rather that you have to do the activity. I liked the housing token idea too, but gil seemed more ideal to me since that's already a thing and it's easier to control rent pricing in case housing demands increases further.

You will eventually learn life isn't fair.
