In what world is this reasonable? How about we make new housing so overpriced people can't afford more than one? It's about as reasonable as your solution. c:If this started as a crybaby thread, then why are you the one crying about a reasonable suggestion for a housing solution? I respect your counterargument that those with housing deserve to keep it, and they rightfully should, but with the extra housing in 3.3 and the 45-day timer being just a few buckets of water on a wildfire, permanent housing is still not a suitable long-term plan, especially for new players who do want a house and can't because of people who have lost interest in the game.
