RENT: A Better Housing Solution

Just saying it'd be freaking stupid if, after having my personal house for a year, to suddenly have to start paying rent for it.

Real houses don't work that way and I don't want my lovely corner of the server to work that way either.

Well, If you ignore Insurance, Land Tax and Maintenence.

But this isn't the real world. This is the Fantasy world, and people were against Housing Rent before the system was even released.
They have made a lot of mistakes with housing, Rent would just add to the list ><
