Also thank you to those of you correcting my math, and has been readjusted to 0.1% to ensure that rent level stays the same. As you can tell, I'm no math major, just a guy who cares about the housing market.

I'm not a fan of the idea. I already paid for my house, I shouldn't have to pay extra because everyone doesn't have a house.

The point is not having to worry about the amount, but rather that you have to do the activity. I liked the housing token idea too, but gil seemed more ideal to me since that's already a thing and it's easier to control rent pricing in case housing demands increases further.

Well it would make gil in the game actually worth something, as of right now it really has no real value and just used as a epeen measurement.

So 100k every 2 weeks. How is that more affordable? Many people who only play battle classes cant afford that. They are adding new plots anyway.

You can make 9k gil just by running leveling roulette as the role "in need" and there's a ton of gil in the challenge log.

It's not hard to get gil even if all you play is battle classes.

See, when you don't have a house you're like all these restraints are good so ppl fk up and I can get one soon. Then when you do get one, you'd be like wtf I have to water my garden more frequently than my real life plants. All this does is reduce the log in time from 45 days to two weeks, its already really shitty at 45, it should be like 6 months before they can take your hard earned stuff and throw away all your unrecoverable furniture you've spent millions on and countless hours decorating.

I own a house and I could care less if they decided that I needed to enter it once every 2 weeks, usually less about people wanting to take a break more about they don't want to pay the sub.
