My ff14 account has been stolen. Although I get my account back but I lost all my items and gil. How can I get them back?
I have 1.3 billion gil before and a FC and two mansions. But now, I lost all of them.

I don't pretend to know how Support works but in every other MMO I played you will not get your items back. Whether it be by a logger (unlikely) or you just being foolish and sharing your account information the loss of your account or items on it are usually on you. The only exception I've ever seen to this is when data loss occurs to do server problems or a hack against the company hosting the game.
I think there is a one time rollback, if you have not contacted a GM to get an item back in the past you may be able to do so now. You won't be able to get the houses back though. Once those are gone, they're gone.

That's why you should always use security code thing they offer. You press a button and get a number you have to enter each time to log in. It is a extra step but adds security to your account so it cannot be hacked. I always use one when they are available for MMOs.
Yeah SE rlly goes a step further with security. even if u dont get ur items back u should listen to this cute cat girl here.

When you say your account was "stolen"... was it genuinely hacked or were you sharing it with someone?
It's almost impossible to have an account "stolen". They can be duplicated (a bug that SE know about & have, AFAIK, dealt with), misused (because you shared with someone) or hijacked (because you did something naughty - like used third party software or indulged in RMT).
The security offered by SE is phenomenal & two-stage is available to anyone with the hardware token or who has downloaded the smartphone application. If this is enabled on your account then it's as secure as a game can get. Even without two-stage enabled there's still IP safeguards in place which, theoretically, would enable SE to find out exactly who used your account. Depending of your country this could be used to take legal criminal &/or civil proceedings.
You need to give much more detail about the situation & what you think has happened before we can advise you further.
Well 2 things, 1. 1.3 billion gil?!?! damn. 2. Was your fc populated, and if so can anyone tell you when you supposedly logged on during the time you weren't logged on?
1.3 BILLION gil? O.o huh? No way! >_> /smells a stinky fish
In numbers its: 1.300.000.000.000 Gil!
Im playing since game release and I didnt even earn 300mil Gil - And Im selling alot! o-O
And I like to buy anything I want, no matter the price!
No offence but I feel like you're trying to brag here. I just checked your character through the website and you have a few I170 crafter Eqs, considering you got your gil through season crafting you would've had some gears at 100% spirit bond, the hacker would've obviously converted your equipment, also. 1.3billion gil takes awhile to be sent over, how long did were you away exactly to give the hacker that much time. Also how did you lose your property, it would benefit no one, the FC you are in still owns a mansion. Why aren't your equipments pentamelded, for someone who had that kind of money? Judging from your forum post in 2014 you QQed about having 1million stolen, what is that kind of gil to you? Calling this a bluff.
