How about this, your idea is the worst thing I've ever heard. There should not be a penalty to kick anyone. If its being abused, you have every right as the person who was kicked to put in a ticket and get the situation looked at, and if its found that you were kicked unfairly, the person/people in question can and will recieve punishment. If thats not good enough for YOU, then I don't know what to tell you. If you're trying to fix the problem of being unfairly removed, there really isn't a way to fix it. It can, and most likely will happen, but like I said, if its being abused, and it is, people can face ban time.

Quick Short story: Friend of mine Is in a roulette, Dungeoun is going super slow for him, decides to try vote abandon because he wants to leave without penalty and get out, vote does not pass. So he decided to use the kick feature instead, and everyone clicks the okay button like a buncha parrots, and a person is kicked, and he leaves without penalty. Next day, he can't log in and has an E-mail from SE slapping him with a 72 hours / 3 day ban. In short, I think the system works just fine. Don't fix what ain't broke.
