    Well if players are a troll then there should be no issue with kicking them and paying the cost for it right?

    Yes, there is a problem, because this kind of system punishes players who play properly and lets trolls get their way by making others pay to get rid of them.

    So then be able to prove the troll is being a troll and no penalty If there is a player wrongfully kicked then penalty

    Even as a tank though players in a party will vote to kick you if they dont like the way you are tanking a dungeon.

    Last time I saw a tank get kicked was because he tried to tank VA in afk mode. Nobody need an afk tank.
