For the most part people are pretty friendly but it's not very active, rarely is PF full and pretty much nobody wants to do raids. The MB is also really expensive compared to other servers.

hmmm, this makes me suspect to want to join the static, because, outside of raiding, what is there to do =/

Tolerable playerbase(for the most part), but don't expect many skilled people here. In fact, some of those lesser skilled people flocked to your server at times.

We actually have a Facebook page, so you can get a feel for how folks are here.

In general, the people are pretty nice, but there seems to be a lack of learning parties. PF is typically full of groups looking for clears/carries, and most FCs are small.

As to the skill thing, I've often found that skill as a player is something that is learned and can be refined with time, practice, and maybe a little guidance. Where some may see an "unskilled" population as something undesirable, I see it as a well of untapped potential.

The server's raid community is quite tight knit. Most of the raiders know each other (or at least recognize each other) and keep in touch via linkshell networks. PF is mostly a last resort if we're talking about serious recruiting or forming a party for savage, but a lot of the better players will join pugs just to have fun and trap. Because the server is so small, everyone on it has a reputation pretty much, and if you build a bad reputation it can be hard to make your way into raiding cliques. Basically everyone is held accountable - good players stand out, but bad players stand out even more. You can't really hide behind anonymity. PF is usually around 10-12 on a busy primetime, perhaps a little less.

The marketboard is a beast of its own. Overpriced, irrational, and terrible. Pretty much anything you try to buy on Gilgamesh you'll be able to sell for a profit here. The server has its own share of drama, but there are a few FCs you can join to remain drama-free.

As a whole, raid progression is probably on par with the likes of Mateus, Coeurl, Zalera etc (lol). 1 group on A8S, a handful on A7S. Player skill overall is low, but you do find some diamonds from time to time.

What I enjoyed most about Famfrit was how social most of the players are. If you make the time and effort, you can get to know hundreds of players and see them daily. Because of the size of the server, you tend to bump into people a lot and see them on a daily basis. I have several friends I enjoy running content with, to the point where I leveled an alt on 60 and kept it on the server just to be able to play with people I know. Overall I'd say if you can find a good clique/niche, it's a great server to be on. But if you're the type of player that prefers to pug and queue into most things solo, you probably shouldn't transfer here.
