You can get a Wind-up Ultros from The Dragon's Neck, but there's no Typhon minion to go with him yet to complete the dastardly duo!

If Wind-up Typhon was added, it'd make sense to either have it as a reward for completing Any Way the Wind Blows 25 or 50 times, or as a drop from a future Hildibrand duty like The Dragon's Neck (Hard) or whatever name is decided for it.
