I'm not gonna erase the past, i have been too blunt when i opened this topic i admit.
But thanks to Super-Pucelle (FR topic), i'm gonna open myself and share with you my view, what i want for my guild.

I opened a french conglomerate accepting all styles of players possible. Whether beginners or experienced, students or workers or unemployed, i accept everyone and i take care of them. Education, counseling, i share with them my experiences and strategies.
We talk about everything as nothing, we are as quiet as intense, crazy as serious, everything is random in fact, without any judgment.

I look for a minimal M land size because i want to build something great with several floors (basement + ground floor + 1st floor) to set up different decorations and access to the aircraft. I do not want a simple house in which we put the craft workshops and that's it. No.
I want the land to be used for all kind of RPs or as a place for rest and relaxation : sit yourself in a beautiful setting and do nothing else.

It would be ideal to get a G size but a M size can be enough : i see a kitchen upstairs, a restaurant on the ground floor, a workshop in the basement, a mannequin in the garden which the guests could hit on for waiting. I see maids and a cook. Or a library, with a patio area upstairs with a day bed, bookshelves and sofas on the ground floor and the archives in the basement. Or even a spa ! The showers and bathroom in the basement, a bar upstairs, and a relaxation area with music on the ground floor.
I see lots of possibilities that couldn't be fully expressed in a size P.

Why do i do a fundraiser ? Most of my guildmates are students, hindering the monetary contribution to the fund of the guild. I work with it and do my way to make an income that contributes to the purchase of the land. But this is not enough, especially if we consider a limited period of time. The new sectors coming soon, i aim for a minimum a size M. And if it does not work or it's too late, well then i would have a capital base for upcoming sectors in another future update.

That's why i'm here, why i opened this topic, so people like me in the same situation, can have a chance to realize their dreams and to have access to more features in the game because we all have that right. I will not harass you, i will not beg you, i will not hunt you in game to beg, i'm just asking you a helping hand and you are free to answer as you like. Because you will not be alone, i am also here to work on this.
