I cannot thank this individual enough for being courteous and getting back to my inquiry concerning an issue within the FC. This was my first experience speaking to a GM and i am happy that someone else cares about the well being of the game's customers/players and trying to make their experience the best one possible.
I dont usually care for formalities but they were very polite and formal and thought this individual was very professional and appreciate their time for helping the community, otherwise we all wouldnt be here.
