I don't think the dragons and the moogles will be separate, rather it will be like the Vath and the dragons over at Anyx Trine in my opinion.

Moogle: "Hey Adventurer, the friendly dragons of Hraesvelgr's brood have asked for our assistance dealing with (insert problem here), but it's too scary for a little moogle, please go see what they need help with!"
