[FC][LFM][HC/MC] Ascended seeking NIN/melee for A8S farm and future prog

Who is Ascended?
Ascended was founded by a core group of friends and leaders on the Gilgamesh server that have developed strong bonds and grown together over the past year throughout previous progression cycles. The vision of the FC is to create a positive environment for all of its members, regardless of skill, goals, and play styles.
Currently, we are looking to trial a NIN for our group. We are on third kill of A8S. Multiple melee roles are a bonus.

Raid times: Prog - 6:30 PM EST - not far past 10:45 PM EST (times variable depending on group) TUE, WED, THUR, SUN, MON (sun and mon swing) Farm - Tue 7-7:30 PM EST+, sales/nothing other days

Raid goals: Steady progression->kills/farm . Long-term committment - 4.0 raid etc.

Requirements:
Looking for a skilled, honest player who communicates well, does mechanics thoroughly and puts out good DPS. VODs, fflogs etc. are appreciated/needed. Willing to train players who can show they are skilled raiders but inexperienced in ninja class. Be able to take criticism well and have discussions like an adult.
We use whatsapp to communicate attendance.
You must be mildly dedicated to this game, putting effort into your gear, items (potions etc.) and class.
You will not receive loot during your trial period unless we're feeling generous.
