It literally says "No changes have been made to your subscription or payment method."

This makes it seem like there is an auto renewal active on my account which I DO NOT WANT ON. But usually the "Cancel Auto Renewal" Button is next to the "Cancel Service Account" and "Cancel Subscription". It is not there.

What in the world is going on, and why is this so frustrating?

I think the only way to disable auto-renewal, is to pay for the time you want, then immediately cancel. You still get to login for the remaining time if you do this, it just won't top up when you hit the end of that paid time.
