Subscribing Again?

Hey guys.

I have several questions about their very confusing Mogstation. My sub runs out sometime today (It doesnt even tell me when exactly), and I would like to resub today for 1 Month exactly. But there is no option to resubscribe for another month. I want to use my Debit Card but when I go to "register/update payment information", I'll put in my card, and then its not saved. Either way that does not even matter because there is no resub button on Mogstation anyways. Below it says "Cancel Service Account" and "Cancel Subscription"

I dont want to be running a Dungeon or Raid and then it kicks me out because I have not subbed again for another month.

Sigh... this shouldnt be this hard. Any help here?

Well I just use crystals( AKA Visa Gift cards ) to pay for my sub, and if I have enough crystals to pay for the same Sub time I got last time,it updates it automatically. I don't remember telling it to do that for me so maybe try using crystals to pay for it.

It literally says "No changes have been made to your subscription or payment method."

This makes it seem like there is an auto renewal active on my account which I DO NOT WANT ON. But usually the "Cancel Auto Renewal" Button is next to the "Cancel Service Account" and "Cancel Subscription". It is not there.

What in the world is going on, and why is this so frustrating?

If it says Cancel Subscription, it means it is set to automatically withdraw your subscription from the saved payment data. If what you said is true and it's not remembering your payment info, it will likely just lapse and you can resubscribe as soon as you get the boot. Or, you can cancel it now to force a resub button, as you will still be able to login for the remaining time. To my knowledge, the only way to pay via Debit is to use Crysta as a payment method and pay for them via PayPal, which can process my debit card directly with no need for a credit card. This is my experience as a Canadian, and if you're in another country, your mileage may vary.

I think the only way to disable auto-renewal, is to pay for the time you want, then immediately cancel. You still get to login for the remaining time if you do this, it just won't top up when you hit the end of that paid time.
