They will add a flat system in Ishgard to address a bit more housing situation (512 flats per building), most certainly in instantiated zone to avoid resource sink like housing is.

Given all this data, one can only assume that real houses prices will rise A LOT and flats will be affordable.
I wish they'd disallow personal housing except in (big house-like but instantiated) flats, so that the housing wards are full of active FC members ^^
What you all are saying makes sense. Damn, I wish I was saving harder earlier! I need to get this done and hope something becomes available!
